RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to assist you before or after sale and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at dcode.clothes@gmail.com or call on +91 88268 38811 and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

The products bought will only be accepted for exchange if they are intimated within 24 hours after the delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks whatsoever. If you want to get the product exchanged we would request you to not use the product and preserve its original packaging and tags.

Note : Exchange is only applicable with the products of equal price value or more. Also there will be no exchange or refund on customised pieces. However, we are going to make alterations if needed.

We do not accept returns and do not offer refund but exchange requests are welcome. We accept alteration requests on the piece.  

Please note a garment that is prepared on urgent basis and customized garments will not be exchanged. Although we do offer alterations till the client is completely satisfied.

If the parcel is delayed because of unforeseen circumstances we would request for your cooperation. Since all our pieces are made to order we wont accept or offer any returns/refunds for the same.

In case of damage :

In some special cases such as, if your product has a manufacturing defect, if your order gets damaged during the delivery, if we deliver wrong products, or if the size of the product is incorrect, we attempt to exchange your product with courtesy without any additional shipping charges. If you want to exchange a product or if you encounter any such defect, you are required to put a mail at contact@dcode.com within 1 day of delivery. Your request will be reverted within 48 business hours by our dedicated customer connect team. Our reply time is 72 hours maximum. The team of D'CODE strives to offer a smooth customer experience.

In case of damage during transit, once the product reaches our warehouse, we will investigate the damage from our end , repair the merchandise and courier it back to the designated address. There will be no extra charges for shipping.
