- Your order will be dispatched within 7-10 working days from the day the order is placed.
- In the event that our Area/State of Establishment (New Delhi, India) or your Area/Sate of Delivery is under lockdown due to the on-going Covid-19 situation, please expect a slight delay in order fulfillment.

- You can avail both Pre-paid as well as COD options when placing your order. However, orders above 10,000/- are not available for Cash On Delivery.
- All prepaid orders & orders above 3500/- are eligible for free shipping
- For all COD Orders & Orders below 3500/-, shipping fee of INR 100/- is applicable
- Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right and it is our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
- We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be refunded in your account.
- Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.
- Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door. If no one at the concerned address is available to receive it, you will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for re-attempting the delivery.
